Developing Cell-Specific or Organ-Specific Delivery Using Targeting Ligands & Surface Modifications to Avoid Off-Target Toxicity
11:30 am
  • Leveraging biophysics-informed AI to design combinations of peptide binders for cell-specific LNP targeting, moving beyond conventional single-receptor approaches
  • Conjugating targeting moieties such as ligands, antibodies & short linear peptides to LNP surfaces to achieve cell-specific or tissue-specific delivery
  • Developing scalable, multi-peptide LNP targeting strategies to enable extrahepatic mRNA delivery across different cell types and therapeutic applications
